1. Refunds
- We do not offer refunds for any purchases once an order has been processed and shipped.
- Refunds will only be considered in the rare case of a clear manufacturing defect.
2. Exchange Eligibility
- If you believe your item is faulty or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with clear photos and a detailed description.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition to be considered for an exchange.
- Exchange approval is at our discretion and based on the condition and nature of the issue.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases:
- Wrong sizing due to customer error
- Color variation due to lighting or screen resolution
- Delays caused by the shipping company
- Custom or special orders
4. Return Shipping
- If an exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was defective due to an error on our part.
