2. Product Information

  • We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, but slight variations may occur.
  • All abayas are handmade, and minor differences in stitching or fabric are considered normal.

3. Order Processing & Payments

  • Orders are processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Full payment is required before an order is processed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Bahrain: Delivered directly after preparation.
  • GCC: Takes 3–5 business days after the order is prepared.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once your order is shipped.

5. Cancellations, Exchanges & Returns

  • We currently do not offer returns or refunds.
  • Exchanges may be considered only in the case of a manufacturing defect and must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item.

6. Changes to Products or Services

  • Ascella reserves the right to update or modify products, prices, and services at any time without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including designs, logos, photos, and text, are the property of Ascella.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8. Account Suspension

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for users who violate these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Ascella is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from using our website or purchasing our products.
