- All orders are processed within 7–14 business days.
- This includes the time needed to prepare, package, and finalize your order before shipping.
2. Shipping Timeframes

Bahrain:
Orders will be delivered directly after the order is prepared. -
GCC Countries:
Delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days after the order has been prepared and shipped.
3. Shipping Costs
- Bahrain Delivery: 2 BHD
- GCC Countries: 4BD per kilogram
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
4. Delivery Issues & Delays
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or courier service issues.
- If your order is significantly delayed, we will try our best to notify you as soon as possible.
5. Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. Ascella is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrectly provided addresses.
